Scope confirmation before any payment

Choosing a tier does not commission everything mentioned in your project notes. Your onboarding answers populate a clear order summary listing the included work, customer responsibilities and final selected tier. Only the selected tier's listed scope is included. If your needs fall outside that scope, choose a suitable tier or contact us voluntarily before ordering.

Prices and delivery estimates are catalogue proposals awaiting secure checkout integration. External subscriptions, domain/hosting costs and taxes are not included unless stated. The onboarding and summary are available as a preview; online payment is not yet live.

Know exactly what you are buying.

You should know exactly which job you are commissioning. Here is what this service covers, what we need from you, and what it does not automatically include.

What this service actually delivers

One import flow mapping a known CSV schema to existing customer-owned PostgreSQL tables. Imports structured rows only into a specified existing database schema with a bounded per-file record limit and reversible dry-run option.

What you supply or approve

Compatible database and permissions, representative CSV files, field mappings, valid/invalid examples and operator account.

Not part of the listed price

ERP migration, arbitrary spreadsheet formats, deduplication of unknown data, media imports, production data repair or large historical reconciliation.

How package terminology is defined

Exactly what the words mean.

These interpretations apply when the order does not state a more specific agreed definition. They cannot override mandatory statutory rights.

01 / A page or application screen

One named view in the approved map. The specified responsive layout and named states are included; new applications, unlisted screens, separate languages and fundamentally different business functions are not.

02 / Source code

The agreed app/module source, dependency list and instructions are handed over according to the accepted licence after settlement. Vendor, library and framework licences remain applicable. A source-code delivery is not a promise of unlimited alterations or lifetime maintenance.

03 / A data record or entity

One record with a precisely agreed field schema, relationships and constraints. Caps on records, imports or stored files are stated per tier; arbitrary fields, incompatible source formats and data cleaning are not included.

04 / A role or permission

A named set of authorisations described in the approved access matrix. A user-role limit does not include SSO, unlimited permission combinations or security compliance certification.

05 / An API or payment integration

Only the named provider, one agreed API plan and the operations, fields and events listed in that tier. Existing compatible software and customer-owned approved credentials are required. New gateways, arbitrary vendor APIs, tax engines and undocumented business logic are excluded.

06 / A workflow or automation

One specified trigger-to-outcome process with named actions, field mappings, branches and error cases. A workflow does not mean an unlimited custom automation platform or business-wide integration.

07 / AI chatbot or assistant

One bounded application using an approved third-party model API, finite approved knowledge/input and fixed test scenarios. Outputs may be incorrect; the package excludes new AI model training, autonomous sensitive actions and unlimited provider usage.

08 / Mobile app delivery

One scoped mobile app project with agreed screens and local data behaviours. App Store approval, provider accounts, cloud sync, custom device APIs and future OS compatibility are excluded unless listed.

09 / A revision round

One consolidated customer feedback set about the included agreed work. New features, additional roles, added screens and a different project direction are not included. Statutory and contractual remedies for defective work are separate.

10 / When the delivery period starts

Estimated working days start after the accepted scope and customer-required content, compatible codebase, sample data, vendor accounts and approvals are available. Customer/provider delays may affect the completion schedule.

11 / Hosting and support

Deployment covers one agreed customer-owned compatible environment where specified. Hosting fees, API subscriptions, cloud resources, permanent monitoring, security guarantees, updates and ongoing maintenance are not included by default.

12 / Your project notes

Notes help implement the purchased features for your intended users. Notes cannot expand tier quantities, create undisclosed integrations, introduce regulated data or authorise an otherwise unsupported project.

Before the project starts

The right scope. No surprises.

These packages assume one business or project, agreed requirements and the information needed to complete the job. If your requirements extend beyond a tier, we discuss a scoped change before undertaking additional work.

Usually needed from you

A clear brief, approved content or data, decisions on time and access to the supported systems involved.

Not included automatically

ERP migration, arbitrary spreadsheet formats, deduplication of unknown data, media imports, production data repair or large historical reconciliation.

Your review

We present the agreed deliverables for review. Included revisions and eligible remedies follow the accepted scope, terms and applicable law.

Good value is work that earns its keep.

Choose a tier for what it helps you get done—not because it is the biggest. We show the scope, exclusions, review process and handover up front.
