Built for you.Reviewedby you.

A project shouldn't end with “Here’s a link. Good luck.” Know what you're getting, how to review it, and what happens if something isn't right.

You get more than a finished file. You get a process.

It starts with the agreed brief.

You should know the deliverables, scope, commercial terms and responsibilities before a project begins.

You get to see the work.

You can review the deliverables through the agreed method and report in-scope issues within the applicable review period.

There is a real route to put things right.

Where work does not conform to the agreement, the available corrections and remedies are assessed under the order and law.

Look closer. Ask questions. Tell us.

Check the work against the agreed scope, request included refinements and raise any material issue. Your feedback deserves to be taken seriously.

Money back. When the terms say it's due.

When we cannot deliver an agreed, undelivered item for reasons within our control and no suitable alternative is accepted, we return the eligible undelivered balance in line with our policy. If work is faulty or materially different from what was agreed, you may be entitled to correction, another remedy or a refund as required by law.

Not an unconditional “don't like it, full refund” offer. Amounts may be reduced for completed work and lawful costs. Your rights, our responsibilities and the applicable remedies are set out in the accepted Terms of Business and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

What if something changes?

It's fine to have questions before you buy. It is even better to know how those questions will be handled after you do.

Do I have time to review the project?

Yes. Your accepted order specifies the relevant review period. If it does not, the standard period under our policy is seven calendar days from delivery, without limiting mandatory rights.

What if I ask for a different design after approving the brief?

A new direction or additional feature is not automatically an included revision. We can assess a separate change request with the related price and timing before extra work begins.

Can I get my money back if work is not delivered?

If we cannot supply an agreed, undelivered item for reasons primarily within our control and no suitable substitute or revised timetable is accepted, our published policy provides a refund of the net amount properly attributable to that undelivered item, after lawful deductions.

Does the money-back guarantee cover a change of mind?

No. Completed or conforming supplied work is not automatically refundable because preferences change. Qualifying defects and mandatory consumer rights are assessed separately under the applicable order and law.

Let's make something worth reviewing.
