Forecasts, examples, benchmarks and case studies are illustrative and depend on facts, implementation and external conditions that may differ materially.

We take reasonable care over website information but do not warrant that every page will at all times be complete, current, uninterrupted or free from error.

Prices, capacity, promotions, specifications, features and estimated dates may change before an Order is accepted. The accepted contract documents govern the actual supply.

A cost, timetable, performance or resource estimate is based on the information and assumptions available when it is prepared. It may require revision if requirements, data, systems, access or dependencies differ from those assumptions.

Software behaviour depends on browsers, devices, networks, operating systems, hosting, data, configurations, APIs and third-party services.

Compatibility is limited to the environments expressly identified in the Order. A later update by a browser, platform, vendor, Customer or third party may require separately chargeable maintenance or adaptation.

Reasonable safeguards reduce risk but no website, application, cloud environment, transmission method or security programme can eliminate every vulnerability, outage or attack.

A security assessment reflects only the systems, methods, information and time within its agreed scope and is not a guarantee that no vulnerability exists or will later arise.

An AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, non-unique or unsuitable without human review.

Unless the Order expressly provides otherwise, the Customer remains responsible for reviewing and approving factual, customer-facing, regulated, safety-critical or high-impact use and for obtaining qualified advice where appropriate.

We do not control a third-party AI provider's models, training, availability, pricing, policy, security or future output behaviour.

External links and integrations are provided for convenience or delivery. We do not control third-party content, availability, security, charges, terms, account decisions or policies.

Reference to a provider does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of every statement, service or future action of that provider.

We may rely on information, access, approvals and instructions supplied by the Customer. We are not responsible for a loss caused by inaccurate, incomplete, unlawful or late Customer input except to the extent we knew or reasonably should have known that reliance was unsafe or inconsistent with the Order.

Unless managed backup, disaster recovery or business continuity is expressly included, the Customer is responsible for maintaining current, tested backups and protecting credentials and production access.

The allocation of contractual liability is set out in the Terms of Business and any Special Terms. This Disclaimer does not create a broader exclusion than applicable law permits.
