Involvec Solutions is committed to collecting and presenting customer feedback honestly. We do not create, purchase, commission or publish fake reviews.
Our rules
- Review requests ask for honest feedback and do not require a positive rating.
- Testimonials must relate to a real customer, project or documented engagement.
- Any incentive must be disclosed and cannot depend on the rating or sentiment.
- Genuine critical feedback is not suppressed merely because it is negative.
- Content may be challenged when it is demonstrably false, impersonating, abusive, unrelated to a real interaction or contrary to the platform's rules.
- Customer names, logos and quotations are used publicly only with appropriate permission.
Corrections and disputes
A customer or reviewer may request a factual correction by contacting contact@involvecsolutions.com. A correction request does not require the removal of legitimate criticism.
